Awesome Villas acts as the villa owner's exclusive representative of Asia's most admired and desired multi-million dollar private estates and villas, and therefore offers travellers and international brokers who specialize in sales and rentals, the finest luxury villas available.

WHAT WE DO

Booking Representation

As the owners representative, we do not work on commissions. We position your villa to brokers worldwide and negotiate rates & contracts on your behalf, correspond to guest emails, as well as look after your booking calendar. The owner leaves the Awesome Villas team in complete control to set and negotiate prices with international brokers who take commissions between 10% - 23% of the net booking total.

Villa Guest Manual

The initial process of creating 'The Villa Guest Manual' allows the Awesome Villa team to learn everything we need about the property in order to maximize your villa's rental returns. This comprehensive manual becomes the mechanism that controls what the Villa is actually offering to your guest. It includes information such as: description, facilities, services and what they will find when they arrive at the villa.

A finished Guest Manual standardizes what is expected of your villa. Further the manual acts as a guideline for the staff to maintain the Awesome Villas level of quality control as we confidently tell our brokers that Awesome Villas only represents premium luxury villas for rent in Asia.

During this process we also evaluate the villa and outline what needs to be purchased to make the villa ready for rentals. For example, fire extinguishers, small repairs or replacement items.

Luxury Villa Website Development

The Awesome Villas team will create our signature standardized, high impact, professional website for your Villa. These websites are an important part of our rental success as they make it easy for our international brokers to sell/rent your property without having to upload photos and details on their own websites. Furthermore, having the website encourages guests to book directly from your own website which eliminates the agent's commission costs.

Awesome Villas uses professional marketing writers, photographers, graphic designers and web designers to create your Villas "Luxury" website. This includes all site details, virtual tours, helicopter photography and legal terms and conditions. The website remains your property, and one year of hosting is included in the package.

Associated Websites

Your luxury Villa will be positioned by Awesome Villas on four of the world's top luxury vacation rental websites. This service includes a one year subscription and no commissions are paid when these bookings are confirmed through our office.
